1. First open the MyJio app and tap on the Manage Booking option.

1. Customers can track the Jio phone by making a call to Jio customer care number 18008908900 and follow the IVR instructions.
2. While calling to this number, users must call from their registered mobile number.
3. The registered mobile number will be used by the customer care to track the present order of Jio Phone.
4. After that you will receive an SMS displaying the details of your Jio Phone booking, inlcuding the delivery date and the store details.

18008908900 number is not a valid number it says. And there is no update regarding the booking status. At the time of booking and taking money it was told the phone will be delivered in 1st week of September and now no update or no proper assistance is available. Its ridiculous and we can’t do anything against jio. That’s why these companies take advantage of the public. If same thing happens in Europe then the company will be sued and will be shut down.
