1. First open the MyJio app and tap on the Manage Booking option.

1. Customers can track the Jio phone by making a call to Jio customer care number 18008908900 and follow the IVR instructions.
2. While calling to this number, users must call from their registered mobile number.
3. The registered mobile number will be used by the customer care to track the present order of Jio Phone.
4. After that you will receive an SMS displaying the details of your Jio Phone booking, inlcuding the delivery date and the store details.
Jio Voucher – What it consists?

Customers those have pre-booked the JioPhone can track the order by making a call to 18008908900, which is Reliance Jio customer care number. This number will not work if the customers call from the unregistered mobile number.

Hey Guys, I was one who waited more than 2months and posted my resentment. And someone posted in Hindi that he got his by going directly to Jio store. So I took chance and with the mobile I originally booked and voucher (500/-) details. Surprisingly my order was cleared and I got mine by paying balance 1000/-plus 153/-one month charge. I reckon the city pin code we gave is obstructing direct delivery.
So go ahead and try your luck :-).
You need to take the mobile which was originally indicated in your booking since OTP will come to that plus Adhar card.

I think this JIOPHONE is all a big scam i booked jiophone on 24th august 2017 but till now havent got any response as to when it is going to be delivered or will they ever deliver it or not ,i think this Reliance company is investing our money as a capital and will just send us a regret message soon saying sorry we arent able to deliver your phone and by next year 2018 and will also announce a lengthy procedure to revert our money.
