1. First open the MyJio app and tap on the Manage Booking option.

3. Users will be directed to the My Vouchers page. Again, as of now, the Status field is blank, but it should show the delivery date and the store where the phone can be picked up from, as soon as the deliveries begin.
4. There is also an option of transferring the JioPhone booking using the MyJio app via the Transfer option in the Manage Bookings section.

1. Customers can track the Jio phone by making a call to Jio customer care number 18008908900 and follow the IVR instructions.
2. While calling to this number, users must call from their registered mobile number.
3. The registered mobile number will be used by the customer care to track the present order of Jio Phone.
4. After that you will receive an SMS displaying the details of your Jio Phone booking, inlcuding the delivery date and the store details.
Jio Voucher – What it consists?

Customers those have pre-booked the JioPhone can track the order by making a call to 18008908900, which is Reliance Jio customer care number. This number will not work if the customers call from the unregistered mobile number.

It seems to be a fraud with following reasons –
1) The BIG DELAY – What is the reason of 2 months delay after getting booking amount of Rs 500 from 6 million people ? They should have easily restrict the system to accept only that number of orders which can be delivered. Just calculated interest of Rs. 6000000 * 500 MAN. First reason to treat is as fraud.
2) Did they clearly disclosed “Return Policy” at the time of taking pre-orders ? It is OK to not buy-back before 3 years, but one can EVEN NOT STOP USING THE PHONE before 3 years ? Even if i want to throw the phone, i need to pay extra ? I know this policy is valid in CONTRACT phones (like in US), but not at all valid in this case as they are already charging 1500 which should almost be 70% of the cost of the phone.
3) They broke promise of delivering on “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE” basis, right? Why they have changed the planned and decided to deliver it in rural areas first? Its simple, nobody will go to rural area to check how many people got the phone. A BIG FRAUD.
4) Why they are not transparent in showing up the information about how many devices has been delivered, in which area and how much is pending etc. ? Its pretty simple for the IT team. This shows there bad intentions.

I am not agree time delivery proses Delivery Announce from 1 sep 2017 but after 2 months end not delivered single phone . Very bed attitude of Reliance Jio . Phone milne ki ummid nhin karni chahie . ab to caurt janan padegaa ! cheeting hui hai .
