1. Customers can track the Jio phone by making a call to Jio customer care number 18008908900 and follow the IVR instructions.
2. While calling to this number, users must call from their registered mobile number.
3. The registered mobile number will be used by the customer care to track the present order of Jio Phone.
4. After that you will receive an SMS displaying the details of your Jio Phone booking, inlcuding the delivery date and the store details.
Jio Voucher – What it consists?

Till today I have not got my phone. When I checked today with the Jio retail outlet, they said the status of my Voucher is still not available.

i booked jio phone from Hyderabad on 25th Aug, and they promised delivery by 23 Sep.
i was checking the delivery status daily since sep 23. but it’s still showing the Status as Created, but when i checked status on Oct 6 it showed phone is ready to pickup. but didn’t show the store details to pickup.
and guess what, after 2 days it is back to same status. showing status created.
what kind of joke is this..? please help me if there is any way to contact jio about this issue.

I got this SMS at 2pm, when visited the Store they says ” they are giving only for “who booked with them offline”
If phones ate not arrived then why this Fooling SMS?
