I have booked this big TV on 1/3/18. Contacted customer care on 15th April. They told that installation will be done within 2-3 weeks. They should have kept promise by installing within 45 days from the date of booking. Let us see what happens.

Tata sky is better . Book tata sky , forget your 499 and get instant service . I got installation done by tata sky in less thn 3 hours . Service is superb plus value for money .
No 1worst service, more than 1 month all channels are not showing on reliance big tv. After asking to customer care they replying it will be working with in 2 today's but nothing is going on. I paid whole one year amount. But can't see one channel on tv. Don't take new connection. Service is very very bad. Ek no faltu reliance big tv.
