You should contact on online complaint reporting regarding your issue . And get confirmed whether this is fraud or not.
It's seems to be fraudulent , if you found something that may look fraud you can make complaint on (online crime reporting).In that way you can save others also, and clear your doubts against this issue. Because this type of advertisement was published on wwe.ndtv.com and many other news agency.
