Even no one has contacted me till now. That time, it was promised by them to install it within 45 days. Now, it's been more than 4 months, but unfortunately it seems you have looted our money. And whenever I contact customer care, they will always postpone the installation date. If you can't install, refund our money. I expect a reply from your side.

The RBIG TV has advertised the same advt on FEB 2018 and recieved the amount from a lot of people. They assured that connection would be granted from 14th April 2018. But nobody get connection so far.
