Dear customers Dont be foolished. At first they offered this offer on Feb 20018. A lot of customers including me applied for connection by paying Rs. 499/- on first March 2018. They send SMS saying connection will be installed between 30 to 45 days. Now 105 days are over. Not get any information so far. Now they start the same game again. Everyone should know that it is a big cheating.
Big TV shut down for the last three months. Ads are on for looting customers. it has been taken to govt's notice. but no effort so far to save people of India from such fraud/scam. I had also recharged for 2499 on offer of all channels for two years. no customer care service operates. I wonder how our country has become recently a place of such scams.
What about existing customer. No offer for excisting customer.
