we have never expected this from the reliance company. on 2nd march 2018 I booked for reliance big TV believing the promise of geting connection within 45 days but till today no connection and no refund.

Apart from the new package , I holding earlier taken connection from reliance BIG TV DTH ( I am using this since 2012 onwards) and experiencing difficulties recently with its service since past six months, none of the representative attends the call on customer care or no reply towards mail send to customer care.
