i have pre-booked on 08.03.18 with rs. 500/-. got msg confirmation that booking id is: 14521829 and installation will be done between 30-45 days. Got connected to customer care once and they said wait it will be installed.
Today even after 45 days, neither any call received nor installation happen my place.. Pls update and inform me at the earliest.
I think Reliance had yet not installed any Dish, after starting Pre booking. I had made pre booking on 03-03-2018. No message received till date. Reliance should refund pre booking amount to all customer and closed company.
