I am using Jio SIM, from last 2 month. I have a called to Jio services regarding internet charges. JIO gives 1 GB of Internet charges/ per day but using of 500 mb data usage it gives me alarm of getting used of 1GB of usage.
Not satisfied with JIO Services.

I had recharged my mobile taking Rs. 299, 2GB plan in the last week, but the plan is not yet activated. It shows some other plan active on my mobile jio app and after using 150MB, I start getting messages that the internet usage is utilized. I tried calling using customer care service number, 198/199/18608933333 but nobody attends the call. Very very bad service!

I had recharged my jio no 7005876100 on 09.01.2018 for Rs 498/- my account has been debited.
But recharge has not been done nor the amount has been credited back to my account.

The number given 7091482820 is not genuine. If called, they will try to get your details and CVV or OTP and your money from account will be looted
