I hold a JIO connection 9082127960 exclusively for Wi-FI. Current plan expires on 13-01-2018. I recharged under Rs.1999 plan for further 180/days well in advance. My credit card confirms getting charged for this amount. However the history continues to reflect the expiry as 13th Jan. meaning the renewed/recharge has not been accounted for. Height of absurdity – the JIO customer care and its advisers do not pick up the call. A communication network is NOT COMMUNICABLE !!! This is a laughing matter reflecting a totally disoriented customer service and satisfaction. Despite several attempts on different dates and at different times I have still not got any clarification !!! The customer care is non-existent.

Dear Sir, I have taken, Jio 4G SIM, but the network is very poor at our place. (Balkatta house, Hirebettu post, Udupi Taluk & Dist. PIN: 576107). There are more than 100 people using jio network. We are all in trouble because of poor network. Please look in to this matter as early as possible and solve our problem.
