I have taken following plan by paying Rs.459/-last month at JIO centre at Hyderguda, Hyderabad, with the JIO 4G No.7981658978:
“Reliance Jio Rs. 459 tariff plan
This plan also offers free local voice call / SMS – STD / to all operators. Validity is 84 days. However when it comes to data usage, users will get 1GB per day that comes to 84GB per 84 days.”
But not even one month is over, the Service balance is showing as: ‘0’;Voice/Video:’0′, even calls to 199 are not going;-which is highly irregular and improper.
I have been double-crossed by the JIO.
Whom to complain & how to get back the Balance…?!

jio net work is not dependable taken 1500 Jio digital life connection and no.7019228808 and got activated on 18.11.17 seems net work is always not there and causing inconvenience and unable to understand the dealer says that net work is like that and general public opinion whoever is using gives a negative feedback on jio. since we have already invested and even paid 500 extra for immediate activation to the dealer , facing hardship to public in general and in Jio customer serve is herewith requested to give proper service and net work for continuous usage at least in basic phone calls even though other services are not proper and network customer friendly sevice and uninterrupted service please and also request dealers to good customer service in the counter as they are nit anwserable to our calls and queries for your info please.
