Jio phone is a waistof money without tv cable lt has small screen which isn’t suitable for net browsing It has no whatsapp No hotspot to share internet We can’t use another sim in it l would like to return it if there is any provision

I think Ambani is not bothering about what he has promised. No Jio media cable is available up to 3 years otherwise intimate when and where it is available?

Jio media cable is not available on jio.com as intimated by you on my mail, it appears it is false reply. Please send me link where it is available. I also contacted to Jio outlets and intimated to me that is not available.
Jio TV Cable has not been provided to us. So we are facing much difficulty to watch JioTv or YouTube .Because the screen size of Jiophone is only 2.4 inches. When it will be available in market for sale – has not been announced by Reliance Jio. If Reliance Jio could not supply the cable then Jiophone should be taken returned back by Jio.

you can return your jiophone if you want. i dont know what people expect in 1500 INR. just check the jio website and return policy you will get full refund if you return it in 12 month.
I am very much disappointed after purchasing the JIO Phone. In the advertisement, they have mentioned it can be viewed through TV using Media Cable, which is not provided, when I purchased the Phone. Guarantee Card, Procedural Manual nothing is provided during the purchased. It is also deeply saddened that the phone was made in China. Quality of the phone is also not up to the mark of Ambani Group. Quality of the battery is worst. Please don’t buy this phone.
