Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio Developed Complete 5G Solution
Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio has come up with the most awaited 5G technology. The trails to be starting soon and the RIL is planning to open the 5G services from 2021.
“Jio has designed and developed a complete 5G solution from scratch. It will be ready for trials as soon as 5G spectrum is available and can be ready for field deployment next year,” Ambani said at Reliance Industries’ annual general meeting.
“We have fully kickstarted five accelerators of growth of digital connectivity: Mobile broadband, JioFiber, Jio’s enterprise broadband, broadband for SMEs, and Jio’s Narrowband Internet-of-Things (NBIoT),” he added.

Relience chief Mukesh Amabani has said that the trails of 5G solutions will be started in India as soon as the 5G spectrum is available.
A source has said that RIL is aimed to launch the world’s first 5G solutions. A mobile company intending to develop the in-house technology to replace the third-party equipment vendors. India can soon expect the trails of Reliance 5G services in India.
The 5G technology is used to bring a great revolution in the technology sector. With the implemention of 5G technology, the services will be extended to industrial IoT and digitisation in the agriculture sector, and also can improve the safety and security surveillance using drones.
“Using these technologies, we can create compelling solutions across multiple industry verticals like media, financial services, new commerce, education, healthcare, agriculture, smart cities, smart manufacturing & smart mobility,” he said.
Jio is anticipating to get the approval from the Department of Telecommunications to start the 5G testing.
RIL has developed the 5G technology on its own. Also, planning to extend the technology without support of the third party vendors.
RIL has recently submitted the separate applications for 5G trails. The Reliance Industries is planning to launch the affective 5G solutions for all the telecom gear vendors such as Nokia, Samsung, Huawei, Ericsson, and ZTE.
Relience Jio is planning to launch the 5G services for half billion mobile-users, a billion smart sensors and 50 million home and business establishments in the coming 3 years.
“Jio Platforms, with over 20 startup partners, has built world-class capabilities in technologies such as 4G, 5G, Cloud computing, Devices and OS, Big Data, AI, AR/VR, Blockchain, Natural Language Understanding and Computer Vision”, he said.
